The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders once placed are verified over the phone number provided by the customer to avoid any inconvenience later and after a thorough quality check of products, the order goes to our packaging unit where everything is securely packed. The order processing status is updated in the customer account on the Bachat Cart and will duly be communicated through SMS.


2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for an order to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Let's say if a customer places an order in between 09:30am to 12:00pm. After the phone verification and packaging is done, all the orders are delivered in between 03:00pm to 06:00pm the same day. Similarly, all those orders which are placed in between 12:00pm to 06:00pm will be delivered in next day in between 09:30am to 12:00pm.


3. The customer will be informed before the delivery so that both Bachat Cart and the customer will not face any inconvenience at the time when the parcel arrives at the door.
